What’s going to happen my first massage?
After taking a seat in the lobby area, I’ll give you a health intake chart to fill out. This chart gives us an idea about where we’re starting at with your health goals and a reference point to see your progress. Upon finishing filling out the paper, we will discuss your goals and preferences with massage, before continuing with your 30, 60, or 90 min appointment. ( For example you like deep work on your back but don’t want your feet touched.)
Do I have to be completely naked during the massage?
No you do not. Please remember you will be professionally draped the entire time. The exposure of skin gives you the benefit of the massage oils and creams. It is also easier for me work on muscles and fascia. Most people wear only their underwear on the table, but I am able to work through clothes if that is uncomfortable for you. Ladies I only ask you take off your bra.

Yes we accept Card payments through Square. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, LaRay massage is by appointment only.
